The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) conducts unannounced surveys of Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Monroe, LA, Texarkana, AR, and Longview, TX. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally established JCAHO standards. Our Medical Center and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics are fully accredited.
